Synergy Grinding is a specialized centerless grinding operation. Centerless grinding is an effective process that precision grinds the outside diameter of round bar and tube products. We have a successful history in centerless grinding beginning in 1995, but our experienced crew each average about 25 years of successful centerless grinding experience.
As we are a service business, we carry no inventory and sell no finished ground products into the market channels. We prefer to align ourselves with quality companies who need our expertise in the value-added channel. Our superior quality centerless grinding capabilities have qualified us as an integral part of the value-added chain for manufacturers of chrome plated cylinders and the capital equipment which contains them. As a service business, we do not compete with our customers for the same market share. We work with them to support their competitiveness, quality and success.

We collaborate with customers to find cost-effective solutions, working closely with them to solve problems and make recommendations on solutions. We maintain a competitive cost position by keeping costs in line and by performing our work at a consistently high standard of quality.
We offer our customers the highest quality centerless grinding services for bar and tube processing. We will straighten and grind our customers bar and tubing product to the highest quality standards. We do not make finished product and we do not compete with our customers for the same markets. We are a partner to our customers in the value-added channel.
All materials are inspected upon receiving for straightness and quality. Bars and tubes are re-inspected throughout the straightening and grinding processes. We will sort any non-confirming materials on behalf of the customer to avoid the cost of processing bad material.
