Founded in 1995, Synergy Grinding began modestly with two employees and two centerless grinders. We founded the company with a commitment to superior quality which was unavailable in the market. With entrepreneurial energy and commitment to total customer satisfaction, our company has grown to 15 employees and we operate 7 centerless grinders in our 20,000 sq.ft. facility in Valley View, Ohio.

As we carry no inventory and sell no finished goods into market channels,
our job is to be your outside processor of quality centerless ground bars and tubes; the best quality available in the industry.  This is our guarantee. 
We inspect 100% of your incoming product prior to grinding, and we straighten any product that is not to spec. Straight bars and tubes are required to generate superior quality results. Any mill flaws that may deter from good cleanup are identified and set aside. As a result of this care and attention to quality, we pride ourselves on a zero-defect result in grinding.
